When using the “Ask Joya” application feature, none of your information is stored, shared, or viewed. Ask Joya is a curated rules engine, not a language learning model, and is not connected to any API, internet database, nor does it pull knowledge from any outside database. Ask Joya can make mistakes, and information accuracy should be verified.
